I recently tried the Aloo Corn Tikka at Chawlas 2 and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of potato and corn in a tikka form was unique and flavorful. The texture was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The spices used were just the right amount, giving it a perfect balance.
