Rooms were clean, but many broken things. We had booked 15 rooms. Many had broken flushes, or no jet. We faced electricity cut so no hot water.

You get what you pay. I stayed here for a nights stay for 1175 a night that included breakfast. Main issue at reception was that they asked to be paid in cash and did not accept credit card. The area is in the middle a densely populated area with lot of garbage piled in open spaces. It smelled bad.

Room was small and bathroom was tiny. Area to shower was so tiny that I had to stay in an angle so as to not hit the walls. There is no room service and thanks to swiggy, I was fine. Getting a cab was also difficult.

Breakfast was ok but did not arrive until 930 or so and they cannot expedite. Third part service gets there when they get there. Filtered water bottles were delivered to room. Cable service didn't work for half a day but was eventually fixed. Wifi was damn slow that Netflix shows or movies just didn't play.

I paid cash at check out and they refused to give me a receipt. That was unacceptable

The room they were provided was different from the room they shown in oyo. The room was very small and Very bad, even there was no space for walk my legs hurt lots of time by bed and table. The behavior of staff was also very rude he was talking as we was his private servant. There was only one window which was open in corridor so there is no privacy m telling you it's worst room. First visit the room before paying for it. They are cheating by providing picture of the best room they have but they will give another room which is bad as hell.

Giving 1 rating because staff was nice..But apart from it everything else was worse..Room and especially washroom was not at all clean..Very unhygienic..Floor was not wiped.Apart from it the couple next to our room fought all the night shouting at each other loudly but the hotel management didnt took any action..Ruined our stay totally
