charges are too high for single room that is 1200/- but the room atmosphere is below average only, just it is okay but they will not do any cleaning services during our stay time..

Normal can water only they will give & even though there is no tissue paper.

The worst Oyo ever ... Few days back me nd my brother stayed there, when we entered the room we found blood spots on the bedsheet we called the staff and asked them to change it , they said the room was cleaned an hour before , you guys (me nd my brother)must have did something ... It wasn't even 5 mins we checked in and saw that dirty bedsheet, they keep denying that it was there fault that they didn't checked the room properly they didn't even changed our room after so much heated discussion they changed the sheet with another dirty yellow spotted sheet ... The bathroom was also very unhygienic , walls have gutka spits . If there was an option I would have reviewed them as 0 or minus .. they didn't know how to treat their customers, they disrespects them and blame them (They don't understand  blood relations ).
