Pathetic services. Very disappointing experience. The staff named “Ganesh” did not listen to customer requests at all and seemed completely uninterested in resolving concerns. We tried to explain our issue politely, but no one paid attention but told us to do not pay for your order and go. Service is just as important as food, and unfortunately, the hospitality here was lacking. Definitely not the kind of treatment you expect when going out for dinner.

Very disappointing experience this time. We have been visiting this place for years, but the service we received recently was unacceptable.Ganesh did not listen to our concerns and appeared completely uninterested in resolving the issue. Even after we explained the matter politely, no proper attention was given. Instead, we were told not to pay for the order and to leave, which was quite shocking.

Food alone is not enough — service and hospitality matter equally. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the basic expectations of customer care.

Average dhaba test is good with that Price rate.  Gravy of food is superb. Behavior of staff is good. We can visit for veg and non veg meal for lunch and dinner. Overall a good place to it....  Chapati is very big and testy

Very bad service.. I ordered the food and waited for 2 hours still they have not delivered my order. I cancelled it. Call receiver was not responding properly.. very very bad service.

The food is not at all good if the quality and price is concerned.  1 chicken thali is for Rs. 175, which includes soup, rassa, chicken dry, 2 bhakri/4 chapati, rice, sukat, and a water bottle, but you will have to keep a watch on what is exactly served. As the waiter will keep on forgetting some of the items but will charge for all.

The staff is less, hence they wont be entertaining you if you have any request. The gravy is so watery that you wont be able to eat and dry chicken is not cooked well. We got our soup at last when we finished our dinner that too we noticed at the last what all item are included in thali and then asked them to give. They didnt give water and 2 rotis out of 4.
So be careful if you are willing to eat here.
Good for college students as its cheap.

This place has best taste in town comparing to other fancy hotels with fancy lights and ambience and high priced menu card, as foodie I have visited most of the hotels in nearby area but trust me the taste of veg food at Rayba Hotel is so so good. I'm vegetarian so can't comment on non-veg but place gets so crowded for non-veg food - fish, chicken, mutton thali .
This is very simple dhaba type place, don't expect 5 star hotel like treatment or ambience here, staff is very humble and helpful. Must visit this place for tasty food at nominal price.

Tasty food items especially chicken thali is awesome, affordable rates, and good service with a pleasant smile, good place for foodies.

Tasty food in this hotel. The service is also good. And the atmosphere is good to family and friends party.

but taste is not special..
service is to let... more than 1 Hr...

Chicken Thali, I like it (Taste Good). Dining and service  is average. You can go there for food, not for experience.
