Ordered a sujata mixer grinder's  1750ml Jar on 26/11/2025 in the afternoon they said I'll get it till the evening Okay I said.Again went in the evening said sir abhi aya nahi kal pakka ajayga even when he has already taken a thousand rupees advance saying I'll get it in the evening.nect day I went to the shop at 12 in the afternoon still nahi aya bole sir shaam tak ajayega was jab mai shaam ko gaya tab bolra sir aya nahi kal ajayega bc time ki value hi nahi inko mera kaam aagey kharab hogaya because of him when i said cancel the order he immediately said show the bill take the money back.Is this the service I should expect? Is this your device Laxmi Steel Bhandar ? Will not recommend to anyone for ordering anything

Very good Shop for utensils and the owner is also polite and helpful.

Deal in all kinds of kitchen utensils crockery domestic appliances cutlery bathware plastic containers etc.. it’s a multi brand store for all your kitchen needs. Discounts exchange offer home delivery available. Wholesale price at retail shop. Well maintained,  supportive staff, reasonable rates, must visit shop.

Most of the household utensils/appliances are available of all brands. Negotiable prices / buy back is main attraction.
Service is courteous even home delivery in special cases.

This is one of the best utensils store near Sahakar ngr.. You will get a wide variety in home utensils.. Exchange of old utensils is also done here..

Good for utensils, but if you are planning to buy electronic appliances ,I would not recommend , i have been given a demo of one specification (it has digital pannel) but since the product is sold was from another brand , it has no digital pannel, for selling the item they put lot of effort and finally sold , but I was  not satisfied when I opened the product. Now we know that once get any product from retail store , you can't replace it because latter you realise the functionality is as not expected, so I have to keep it.
Of course you sold your product successfully, kudos to that, but you have also created an unsatisfied customer..

Also while selling the product i told them that I have a bike how can I take back it home, they told me that we will help you to properly tie at the back, but once sold they said, i will give you thread you tie how ever you want, or keep it front and drive. While bringing the appliance till the home I was too much dissatisfied with their such a behavior...

Tip for the seller : 1. if customer is willing to think for buying it is not always good to sell him then and there

2.Sometimes people don't buy the things because they have requirement, they are trying to buy the happiness, don't ever ruin the happiness of any customer , it is dangerous.

3. It is more important not to create a dissatisfied customer than to close the sell as early.

4. Most important, when you insist for cash rather than electronic payment method, or when you say there would be extra charges for electronic payments,  or then the product would be costlier... This is another one of the moment when customer starts generating negativity.

5 specifically tell the price whether it is with gst or without gst, don't tell this when customer is about to pay and asks you for payment options

Multi brand kitchen utensil, cookware store - you can get Indian and German brands with discounts. They have huge variety of cutlery, electronics, plastic items as well.

We hv made modular kitchen n had experienced a very very mental harassment during our journey of modular kitchen by these people

When we visit shop they seems to be very genuine and very sweet spoken
Today had an incident of bergner pressure cooker
The day I bought I had bad experience that tike owner of the shop told  u use I would replace we are sitting here if anything happens
Tiday had a tragedy in my kitchen
Same cooker burst n when sent him video of my kitchen  n called him fir the same he's saying ne lid wasn't fixed properly
If lid is not fixed hiw can I get a whistle
N instead of  helping me out the owner says it was my fault that lid want fixed
This is their way to deal with lady customer when she has  faced this incident n called for help
Agar woh puri daal face par aakar  kuch ho jata mujhe tih
He didn't even realised this before telling ki company ka banda aayega madam
Extremely bad products and service
They don't hv manners  how to speak to ladies

Laxmi steel given us The worst service.We ordered steel stand,paid all advance before but not got stand .one of employees called us that stand has arrived after 3 weeks,and when we reached the store to get it they totally ignored the customer,saying that it is a rush hour.
One of employee in black shirt was not looking also though we were stood in front of him.They have no value to customer. Just doing timepass conversation with other conversation.
Very bad bad service.
Owner should look into it.
They have no respect to customer.
