Great idli vada sambar in pune. They are from dakshina kannada . The taste reflects the south. I went at 3 pm and ordered idli vada sambar with doubt. But to my surprise, it is delicious.

This is a pure vegetarian restaurant from where we took food a few times during our stay at Pune. Food is good and tasty, and rates are also reasonable. The only issue that we faced was the restaurant opening only by 9.00 AM or afterwards. Also we had taken parcel food from the hotel for dinner one day. What we found was that out of 9 or 10 packets, a few packets were having different items thsn what was ordered. But billing was for the packed items, and since all vegetarian food and due to lack of time, we paid and collected the food, compromising the chosen food what was ordered. The items very tasty and the hotel staff were very cordial.

Pure Veg Restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience. I tried the Paneer Kitta Masala with Nan and Buttermilk, and I was amazed by the incredible flavors. The Paneer Kitta Masala was delicious, the nan was mouthwatering, and the Buttermilk had a delightful spicy masala twist.

The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, I did notice some ants on the wall near my table, which was a minor cleanliness concern.

Despite this small issue, I highly recommend Pure Veg Restaurant for its excellent vegetarian cuisine. The food was outstanding, and the service was commendable. I look forward to revisiting, hoping that the cleanliness matter is promptly addressed.

It's been my go to place since over a decade. Food is top notch. Never ever had an issue. regarding the quality. Variety of the menu is also very good. Rates are very reasonable and portions are adequate. Kaju curry and paneer tikka masala are my personal favourites. Their sitaphal milk shake is also incredible. From breakfast items I personally like their upma. Only downside is the service. It's prompt but sometimes appears rude and not polished. Ambience is also not something to talk about. It's not bad but it's not outstanding as well. All in all a very good place giving maximum bang for your bucks. Highly recommended.

All good, only point is rice plate given in thali is so small that it may give you appetiser. You are bound to order more and thus the charges will be accumulated. Unke menu pe bhi likha hai, anything more will be charged extra... you can get tricked.

After reading their 24-hour open timing on Google Maps, I took my big group of friends and family with luggage at 6 am in the morning, but all efforts were in vain as the restaurant was closed. Also, no timings are mentioned on their board or anywhere.

1. Shitty service, waiter won't miss any chance to show you how inconvenienced he is to have you there. Won't show his face (idk why, as it feels absurd for a waiting staff to disappear into kitchen and not show their face unless the are cooking too) Won't attend to you at all after taking order, another waiter 2/2 won't acknowledge your call (apparently hes not concerned with anyone not sitting on his side of restaurant) literally had to call the manager/ the older guy behind the kitchen side counter to convey order.

2. Food was ok-ish like 3 or 3.5/10.

3. Prices on the menu don't justify the quality, taste or the service. If you are group of males then this place is  absolutely not recommended ( personally biased because after initial struggle the waiter dumped the bill on our table while we were still in the middle of our meal and then he disappeared again and 3rd point specifically because the couple seated adjacent to us even got a finger bowl. Again not a big thing but considering the chain of events , I have no words)
And ofc half the restaurant was empty to provide additional context to my "honest review"
4. Nothing against the owner but the disappointing and humiliating experience feels like being violated and then robbed.
