The food is just as competent, Mahi Abe-Hayat which is soft fish chunks marinated in gram flour and yogurt and flavoured with rose water that perfectly complements the tender texture, the three cheese ravioli, the pork chops with apple sauce and the innovative chicken tikka burritos, which is an interesting desi take on the popular Mexican street food – tandoor-grilled cottage cheese and veggies wrapped in a roomali roti.
