I recently discovered Tea Time on my search for the perfect sushi spot. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their dum tea. Besides the amazing sushi options, their dum tea stole the show for me. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and the tea had just the right balance of flavors.
