I recently dined at Zaffran and was pleasantly surprised by their menu options for health-conscious individuals. The dal makhni served with a plain ghee roasted paratha was a delightful and satisfying meal. The paratha was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispiness and the dal was rich in flavor but not heavy on the stomach. I recently tried Zaffran's Aloo Paratha served with Dal Makhni and it was delicious! The paratha was fluffy and the dal makhni was flavorful. A great combination. Highly recommend!
