It is unfortunate that a shop of your reputation has only one piece of a particular toy. We selected one toy the box was damaged and the salesman could not replace it stating the above issue. This has happened repeatedly in the past too. Too bad. Hope a shop of your reputation can be better.

Rourkela FirstCry store is well maintained store for all items ,i purchased all essential items from here at best discount price.

Firstcry rourkela store have many products and my one stop solution for my baby,s all need .so i visit there every my aingle need for baby related products.and all staff are very good in behaviours  and i feel there like my house.

I purchased a toy for my son and wanted to change it the next day but due to a part of that toy was not placed at proper place the store manager refused to change it and the store experience staff even cannot place that part in the proper place using all instruments and trying for 15 mins they were unable to do it, which my 1 yr son placed after we returned home. Thanks for non cooperation, you guys saved my money and the rude store manager doesn't know how to treat your customers.
Never ever buying anything from this(overpriced )store which u can get at 60-70% discount from other brands

Had a bad experience at store. Got a mosquito net which I found as defective when opened back at home. Tried returning it in the next few days but seems there is no return policy even if the product is defective. Best is to buy online and keep away from such stores.

Firstcry has all the items needed for your kids parenting. Lots of clothing options, from casual daily wear to dresses for special occasions. It's a 2 floor stoor. There's toys & games collection on 2nd floor. Prices range from medium to expensive. The ambience is good, Staff is helping. Gift packing option is available. Payment is accepted through all options cards, UPI, cash.

Wonderful shopping experience in this store excellent product collection of new born and baby collection.Good custom services. The staff are super helpful to guide for the best product in best price. Keep it up

Store is larger in size as well as baby products are also well maintained. But you will find a large segment of Babyhug products in clothing.
However they have a good range of baby personal care products

Disappointing experience. They do not accept FirstCry membership, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Additionally, the manager was unprofessional and rude, making the visit even more unpleasant. Would not recommend here...

SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND THE DENY CHANGING THE PRODUCT

Got a walker from the shop. It was gifted. Walker had manufacturing defects. When asked the shopkeeper to replace the walker as it had manufacturing defect, owner denied saying as its been billed 3 months before I can’t help and you should check and then take material from my shop. If it would had been other shop they would hv taken care of. This is second encounter with the shop when they sold me a defected material and then denied changing the product.      BEAWARE WHEN YOU BUY STUFF FROM THIS SHOP.   SPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE BUYING A PRODUCT TO GIFT SOMEONE AND YOU KNOW THE PRODUCT WILL BE USED AFTER FEW MONTHS, THINK THRICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

Firstcry.com Store Rourkela Civil Township is cheating consumers. They do not disclose the price of items and promise to provide the items at prices as per website.
Once the items purchased & billed, one can see billed prices are ~30% more than the online. After selling they do not listen to consumer. In my case there is a difference of ~₹ 3000.00.
Lesson to these fraud people can be given by not purchasing any item from such frauds.

This shop is containing everything for infants.
If you don't like  wondering in market, then you must need to visit this shop.

We had a very bad experience with toys purchased in this shop. The toys are overprices, mostly manufactured in China and after few days it stops functioning. The sales agent was not very cooperative when asking for refund or replacement. Please be careful!

The staff are totally behaving like dumb and they don't have any product knowledge. Worst experience and while billing the cashier's are so much oversmart that decreases the discount value as compare to websites.

I have a worsest experience from Firstcry  Rourkela Civil Town Store today. I have purchased dresses for my kids yesterday evening. One out of 6 pieces I have purchased was tore . When I try to exchange the tore one the Store Manager refuse to exchange and tell me that was my fault. So beware other customers friends...

They increase price within hours ...they see if ur in need , then they increase the price as per their wish...came home and ordered the same item for 60% lesser price from firstcry app....maybe those guys saved my money by increasing the price at last min. ☺️
