Ending my dosa series for a few days at a place where I spent most of my childhood- Hotel Sri Sai Vihar, Salem , Tamilnadu:) This is what a DOSAE should be and should be enjoyed totally other than mixing dosa with some icecream and stuff ! Best thing about Tamilnadu is the DOSAE is always Served with multiple Chutneys and each and every Chutney and sambar tastes yumm:)
