THE BEST HOTEL MUMBAI

Never Go via FABHOTELS FOR HOTEL BOOKING. If feasible, I will give a -ve rating to Fabhotels for their service. This hotel owner denied for FAB booking at the time of checking, stating we are sold out there & asking for extra money for same booking... very unprofessional & even fabhotels fails big time in service industries they have 10 people for new bookings but for customer service to solve issue created by their side no way to connect to them for hours & hours they will keep you on halt till you disconnect the call.

Very unprofessional...I booked the room from Goibibo...after reaching the hotel.. reception man was refusing the check in because I did payment online...very bad attitude....less than zero stars they deserve!!!

Fab hotels us runnjng a scam by offering worth 1500 , but rubbish stay. Fab hotels is already under huge loss.
My old parents had to stay in a dingy place. Horrible !!

We praise the hotel for its good value, convenient location near the metro, and helpful staff. Rooms are often described as clean and spacious. They also provide delicious food in veg non veg cuisine

Everything was nice but I made a complaint once as I booked room with breakfast however the hotel refused it stating that we do not provide breakfast as we do not have kitchen available at the hotel.So, I paid extra amount on breakfast buy I did not received it

Worst thing ever I had I chosen breakfast in my room plan they can't provide the breakfast and the room image seen on GOIBIBO the room isn't that type totally different 🙏🏻

There’s no window in any of their rooms , washroom space is very tiny. I have no clue what tv and Ac brands they are using there’s a oldie at the reception who will keep raising his voice for anything and everything you have to ask them to do or know about it over all good place for a night stay

The staff is very good and the location is also nice. However, now if you book through the app, they do not accept it — you have to pay them in cash directly.
