I had given it for full car spa through go mechanic, interior cleaning was satisfactory but exterior polish was incomplete and even then got delivered. I was not available during delivery otherwise I would have not accepted with such condition. Gomechanic after raising ticket told to visit garage but I did not wanted to go there again, so they provide coupon for next time, which I feel is not useful, as it has a minimum order value.

The owner Ajay is polite and knowledgeable. However the workmanship and attention to detail is missing.
It's ok for small quick fixes. But I had a bad experience with major suspension repairs. I had to get them redone after just 3 months

I had a very disappointing experience with GoMechanic. Despite having a membership and pre-booking my service a day in advance, the service was absolutely zero. They committed a pick-up time between 9–11 AM, but no one contacted me or came to collect the car. Eventually, I had to drive myself to the service centre, which is 9 km away. On reaching there, I was informed that I would have to wait until 8 PM as GoMechanic customers are not given priority, even with prior booking.
I tried calling the assigned GoMechanic buddy multiple times, but he neither answered nor returned my calls. Overall, the service was extremely poor. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with GoMechanic. Fortunately, I had not paid during the booking, though I still ended up losing ₹600 on the membership.

Great service experience. Ajay bhai and team is very professional and experts of the field. They exactly know how to solve any problem in the car.
