The faculties are really friendly and happy to help the child. The was full filling but parents had to put extra effort because of the online classes.

My son join spEd@home for OT & Remedial studies. It's a best experience   & teachers also good. Samaira mam, kalpana mam, dr. Nidhi mam is too good & helpful. If get some issue at that time vishal is their, 😊he is also very helpful. Thank you

I had posted the previous review on the providers request.
However, I want to update the same basis the poorest of the poor treatment meted out to us.
Post our renewal, we had only two sessions in 5 weeks. One was cancelled with notice, one was a holiday and for today's session not one turned up.

My persistent calls to the team went unanswered. The child was sitting in front of the system for 20 mins after which we logged out.
Further, our request to do a 6 monthly assesment has been open for 1.5 months. We don't have a progess report or an action plan.

While yes, we did see progress the professional of this company is beyond just poor. All they care about is prepaid sessions without caring about the child's actual progress or continuity.

I am urging you to reconsider working with them. A lot of our money is now stuck as 22 sessions are pending and with this rate, god knows when we will complete.

We have been working with Dr. Pallavi Phulpagar for our son. We started with a biweekly 6 month program. Aryan learned to hop, jump and run lifting his legs during this period. Good part was that the therapist was able to adapt to his pace and modify program goals. We have now extended this program and hope to get continued guidance for our 4 yrs old son. We were looking for an online teacher for our 6 year old son since we live abroad. We came across Spedathome and wanted to try out since it’s going to be my son’s first online learning experience and we were a bit unsure if it’s going to work for him or not.

Ms. Monisha was assigned to Atharv, and we just can’t believe the transformation in him since the day Monisha started with him, we are super happy with her.

We then went for OT, and Ms. Pallavi has done a great job with various aspects that my son is lacking, she has a very good knowledge in her area and always helps us with practical solutions to our problems. We are happy with the way the OT sessions are going on with Pallavi.

Administrator Vishal has been very supportive with us, very flexible with changes to schedule, extra sessions and so on.

Things that they could improve on is their App, a lot in fact. It’s not user friendly at all but does the purpose.

Overall, we are super satisfied with Spedathome and recommend them to anyone (with special needs or not).

I'm thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with your team. The training program was highly valuable to me, and your trainers provided comprehensive explanations. I gained a deeper understanding of Autism and Learning disabilities, enabling me to better assist children with these challenges. I appreciate this program.

I also have a suggestion, if you don't mind. I encountered some difficulties using the program since it primarily featured videos. It would be beneficial to include a live training session demonstrating how to use the platform in real time. This addition could greatly benefit others as well. Thank you for your excellent work.

It is a very good and great experience. First I was in little dilemma as it was online but then the way teachers handled was commendable. Also good to see that teachers have immense patience to teach kids. Special thanks to Monisha mam and Aishwarya mam . I would definitely recommend if the parents are going for online therapies, sped home is best.

I'm the mother of a 13yr old differently abled son. My son had been attending therapies at our place, but I was ignorant about how to deal with his issues for his betterment. I was in constant search for the same and that's how I found sped@home. We have been attending sessions for almost an year. Pallavi ma'am is dealing with his OT and Monisha ma'am his REM. They are doing a great job in moulding my child and me to bring the best out of him. Thanks to the whole team from the bottom of my heart.🙏😊

I had a great learning experience with sped@home team members, they all are very supportive and cooperative by nature... Explained everything in detail regarding preparing worksheet and explained properly the each and every concept in detail. Online sessions are very good, got valuable information in handling everything from Start to end....
